Specialist in internal childcare and mother guidance

-Mambini - Haus für Mutter und Kind" in Oberstammheim accompanies eight mothers and their children aged 0 to 6 years who require support in everyday life due to their personal, psychological, and social situation. During their stay, the children and their mothers are supported, accompanied, and cared for by an interdisciplinary team. Our internal childcare is much more than a childcare service; it is the heart of our work: a space for learning and experience in which children are promoted in an age-appropriate manner and mothers are specifically guided so that they can act independently and confidently as mothers upon discharge. PROMOTING CHILDREN, EMPOWERING MOTHERS To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as of immediately or by arrangement as a Specialist in internal childcare and mother guidance ## You accompany and promote children aged 0 to 6 years and simultaneously provide targeted guidance to their mothers through modeling, joint sequences, and resource-oriented accompaniment in everyday life. Your field of activity, this is where you make the difference • Targeted guidance and empowerment of mothers in their parenting competence, through a role model function (modeling), joint sequences, and appreciative accompaniment in everyday life • Individual promotion of children (0-6 years) according to Kuno Beller's developmental table, playful, structured, and oriented towards the child's strengths • Definition, documentation, and visualization of the mother's learning fields and the child's developmental goals (planning board, children's portfolios, promotion plans, progress and final reports) • Design of a structured daily routine with rituals, morning circle, guided activities, and free play • Close exchange in the interdisciplinary team, monthly transfer talks with the contact persons (resource coach) as well as guidance of the intern What you bring, your strengths in focus • Completed training from a university of applied sciences (Uni/FH/HF) in social or childhood pedagogy, educational sciences, or social work • Experience in working with children and in the guidance/counseling of adults (e.g., parental work, family accompaniment, educational counseling) • Knowledge in attachment theory, early childhood, and/or developmental psychology; experience with stressed families or in the context of child protection is an advantage • Joy in accompanying mothers in an appreciative and resource-oriented manner on their path • Structured, independent way of working, documentation competence, and clear communication • Very good German skills in speaking and writing; minimum age 25 years; driver's license Cat.
