You will work closely with the management, further develop leadership, culture and HR processes and contribute your experience where it truly has an impact. You advise managers and employees in all HR-relevant issues. You shape the entire employee lifecycle from the recruitment to the retention of employees and are responsible for the entire HR administration area. You further develop leadership instruments, HR processes and personnel development measures. You accompany organizational and change processes and actively contribute your HR expertise. You use HR metrics and digital possibilities to further develop our HR landscape in a future-oriented manner. What you bring with you Strong professionally. Convincing personally. HR specialist certificate or a comparable further education. Several years of experience in a consulting and generalist HR function. Sound knowledge of labor and social insurance law. Enjoy accompanying managers and helping to shape change. A self-reliant, pragmatic and trustworthy personality with high consulting competence.
