Share What awaits you? ## • Leadership and development of a team of Credit Officers and loan processing employees • Processing of loan applications: recording and checking data entry and verifying the completeness of documents, creation of contract documents, timely disbursement and redemption, filing of fully processed loan dossiers • Management of loan positions, preparation of periodic re-approvals, data entry for balance sheet analyses, construction loan processing, administration of mortgage master data • Support of loan advisory • Telephone and written correspondence with authorities, insurance companies and other banks • Co-designing the loan process of the entire bank What do you bring with you? ## • Several years of leadership experience • Completed banking training, knowledge and proven practice in the Swiss loan sector (private and corporate customers) • Service-oriented and networked thinking and acting • Independent and exact way of working • Reliability, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team • Empathic personality • Joy in continuous improvement
