For our management team, we are looking for immediately or by agreement a qualified and committed person as a Real Estate Manager (80\-100%) Real Estate Manager (80\-100%) As a real estate manager, you will independently manage a mixed portfolio of mandates (approx. 60% STWEG and 40% rent) with all management-related tasks: Management of rental properties and condominium ownership Reception and processing of tenant and owner notifications Schedule monitoring and coordination with tenants and owners Chairing of condominium owner meetings incl. organization Implementation of all resolutions from meetings Obtaining repair offers from craftsmen and placing orders Management and control of janitors in the properties Inspections with rental interested parties; acceptance and handover of apartments Coordination of renovation work and quality control You bring Business management understanding Good sense of responsibility and high self-responsibility Dynamic and flexible working method Service-oriented and customer-oriented personality Reliability and good manners Humor and calmness in hectic moments Driver's license We value independence, organizational and communication skills, as well as team spirit.
