Then you are exactly the right person for this assignment! You work mostly in the early and late shifts, where wishes regarding shift scheduling are gladly considered and discussed individually. With a workload of at least 60%, you support the team in the nursing department, which takes care of around 20 residents. The modern house is easily accessible by car, train or public transport.
