The Residenz Spirgarten is a residence of the Atlas Stiftung. It was built according to the plans of Miller & Maranta. The residence is located in the middle of Zürich-Altstetten directly by Lindenplatz. It has 68 apartments and a care department with 18 single rooms. Your area of responsibility Specialized cleanings in cooperation with the Head of Operations and Building Maintenance Participation in the day-to-day business of the Technology & Security department Professional operation and maintenance of equipment and materials Ensuring the hygiene and economic efficiency of the department Compliance with all valid working guidelines and processes We offer you Interesting and dynamic field of activity Lively cooperation in an interdisciplinary team Modern employment conditions Centrally located, attractive workplace You bring with you Training as an electrical installer, operations mechanic, specialist in operations maintenance EFZ or similar.
