You will record the various goods in our goods management system. You will prepare all necessary documents for scanning. You will check the identity, quantity and quality of the goods. You will support the department in managing irregularities related to goods reception. You will collaborate with our finance department on all questions related to supplier billing. Your main tasks: You have a degree as an office employee or have several years of experience in the logistics field. You are a native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language. (minimum level B2) You master computer tools and are proficient in office tasks. You are able to handle a high workload, are flexible and have a sense of responsibility. You have a confident and friendly attitude towards suppliers and customers. You show great availability and have a great sense of initiative. You are made to work in a team and think and act in the interest of the company.
