Your missions Collaborate in the continuous development of a training program adapted to the needs of teaching staff, school administrations, and students Develop, organize, and co-facilitate training sessions Monitor and evaluate training activities Provide expertise, advice, and assistance in the adoption of best practices regarding digital technology Plan, execute, and organize the harmonization of pedagogical supports and digital publications Animate communication, promotion, and mediation actions around digital tools Desired profile Primary teaching diploma and complementary training in educational sciences or adult education at MAS level or secondary I teaching aptitude diploma (DAES I) or specialized teaching diploma or equivalent training Extensive experience in teaching (more than 15 years) Solid knowledge of the Fribourg school system and the various study plans (LP21 & PER) Specific knowledge according to the field of activity (M365 and Cloud technologies) Didactic mastery of the digital field and the use of technologies in teaching-learning Strong motivation to contribute to the development of the canton in the field of digital education Great ability to support teachers, school managements, and school administrations in the digital transformation Great capacity for adaptation and willingness to evolve in a constantly changing environment, marked by framework conditions and requirements that evolve continuously Formateur EdNum is an asset Personne Ressource MITIC is an asset Mastery of the French language with good knowledge of the German language Contact details of contact persons Philippe Froidevaux, Directeur Centre de compétences Fritic T , M jpidf372c87jm jpit0731jm jpiy26jm
