Linux Shell Acrobat with a love for customer contact (m/f 100%) Your tasks Integration & Operation: You accompany our customers during the implementation and operation of our server solutions, web applications, as well as IoT and Edge devices. Together with system integrators and customer-side IT specialists, you integrate our solutions into the highly exciting IT environments of renowned building complexes. As an Application Engineer, you support our customers and internal teams in high-level support regarding the use of our smart IoT devices as well as cloud and on-premise solutions (VM hosts). Quality Assurance & Testing: You carry out quality assurance measures and assist in testing releases, features, and new products. Error Analysis & Problem Solving: You analyze and resolve software-technical problems and are in close exchange with our developers. Documentation & Training: You create technical documentation and later also conduct customer training according to your knowledge level. Your profile You are a daylight-capable Linux commander and are looking for an opportunity to earn money with your hobby. You are so familiar with the Linux shell that you almost feel uncomfortable in a graphical user interface.
