Therefore, we are looking for you, starting immediately or by arrangement, as: R&D Project Manager / Laboratory Technician (m/f) 100% YOUR TASKS Developing dispersions of all kinds Development and implementation of project goals, plans, and schedules Testing and approval of alternative raw materials Evaluation and testing of incoming raw materials up to production/development approval Product optimizations regarding results, manufacturing, and quality Transferring laboratory recipes into production Constructive cooperation with the production, purchasing, and sales departments WHAT YOU BRING You have completed an apprenticeship as a lacquer laboratory technician or chemical laboratory technician, ideally in the lacquer sector You bring at least 5 years of experience in a development laboratory for adhesives, lacquers, or paints You have very good German language skills.
