Your responsibilities: Provide global nursing care, covering preventive, curative, and palliative aspects as well as educational support Analyze situations with relevance, provide a clinical perspective, and contribute to daily organization Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent and high-quality care Participate in the development, implementation, and follow-up of individualized therapeutic projects Get involved in the continuous improvement of care practices Be attentive to the needs of residents, their relatives, and your colleagues, in an approach combining professionalism and empathy Your profile: Bachelor in nursing or CFC as ASSC, with experience or a strong interest in psychiatry Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in adult psychiatry Good mastery of standard IT tools Excellent communication in French, both oral and written Beyond your skills, you stand out through your sense of organization, your listening skills, and your team spirit.
