Schule Kappeli Primar is a QUIMS school (Quality in multicultural schools) in Kreis 9, Zürich Altstetten. It places great importance on promoting a sense of community and views the cultural diversity of its students as an enrichment. The school is centrally located near Lindenplatz in the heart of Altstetten. Additionally, a children's playground offers a popular meeting point for children to play and linger both during and outside of school hours. Currently, Schule Kappeli Primar consists of 11 kindergartens and 19 primary classes. We run four kindergarten after-school care centers (Kindergartenhorte), three primary after-school care centers (Primarhorte), as well as a morning table (Morgentisch). To complement our team, we are looking for a committed Specialist in Childcare or Social Pedagogue per immediately or by arrangement. Tasks ## • Care and support of children of kindergarten or primary school age • Design of stimulating, development-promoting leisure activities • Cooperation with parents, teaching staff, and other specialists • Assumption of administrative tasks and further areas of responsibility • Active co-design and further development of the pedagogical offering Profile ## • A completed training as a Specialist in Childcare (FaBe) or tertiary training in Social Pedagogy HF/FH or an equivalent recognized training • Joy in working with children, empathy, and pedagogical skill • Teamwork skills, commitment, and sense of responsibility • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Openness toward helping to shape and actively build new structures We offer ## • Versatile, varied activity in an exciting, dynamic, multicultural environment • Open, motivated, and committed team, as well as competent support from the Leitung Betreuung • Salary and social benefits according to the guidelines of the Schul- und Sportdepartement of the City of Zürich • 4 to max. 5 weeks of deployment in holiday care.
