Missions : • You are in charge of a portfolio of buildings (rental and PPE) and maintain regular contact with owners, tenants and caretakers • You perform regular inspections of buildings (water installations, lighting, heating and security measures) • You handle claims and participate in the preparation of budgets • You complete entry and exit formalities and establish various contracts • You are equally comfortable in the technical, administrative as well as in rental management parts Profile : • You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent • You possess Swiss experience in the field • You speak French perfectly • You master usual IT tools (MS Office) • You have a driver's license and have a vehicle
