Due to our constant growth, we are looking now or by agreement for our clubs in the Bern region for passionate and sporty Assistant Managers Fitness Clubs (m/f/d) as substitutes. The locations of assignment may vary according to needs. Your role includes the following activities and responsibilities: • You accompany and support our members in a friendly manner and spread the PureGym spirit throughout • You develop training plans, monitor their execution and are always listening to members' questions • You apply the defined PureGym standards and lead by example • You monitor all areas of the club and ensure that all quality requirements regarding safety, cleanliness and health protection are always respected • You regularly inform yourself about PureGym news and market developments and support the gym management in the development and implementation of plans so that your club can establish itself on the market • You regularly lead live group fitness classes and help with the planning and introduction of new class schedules What you bring: • You possess a fitness instructor qualification (m/f/d) recognized by Qualitop Suisse • You have a strong affinity for sport, fitness, health and sales • You have excellent knowledge of German and English (at least B2), other languages are a plus • You are flexible in terms of schedules for spontaneous interventions, including in the evenings and on weekends • You have a great sense of responsibility and are ready to take on delegated tasks from the gym management • You enjoy contact with customers and like working with people • You are motivated to take on new responsibilities • You are autonomous and like working in a team What we offer you: • We offer a free membership to the fitness center for you and another person of your choice • We grant 25 days of leave on a 100% basis as well as one additional personal day • We offer a free SBB subscription for your commute as well as for private use • We offer you good evolution perspectives within our company • We guarantee a salary in line with the sector and offer other success-based remunerations • We offer many discounts on our product range as well as exclusive discounts with our partners • We are a young, dynamic and international team Apply now and become a member of the PureGym team.
