For the house Tertianum Kirchdorf Kappelerhof in the Baden region, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Cook EFZ 80-100%   Your tasks • Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of food according to the menu plan and special requests • Responsible for regeneration, completion, and portioning of the food • Jointly responsible for efficient inventory management • Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines • Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service • Joint responsibility for controlling management as well as quality management Your profile • Completed cook training with professional experience • Many years of experience in the area of warm and cold kitchens, completion/regeneration and portioning of food • Professional and independent working attitude • Flair for plating and decorating food • Willingness to work at events and caterings • Knowledge of system gastronomy as well as à la carte cuisine • Driver's license B is a prerequisite • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
