Talent Acquisition Specialist (w/m/d) 80\-100% Tasks Accompanying management in the entire recruitment process, from job posting to contract conclusion Ensuring professional and efficient recruitment with a focus on a convincing candidate experience Recruitment and interviews of specialists and managers from various fields, flexibly online and/or in person at our nationwide locations Co-designing and further developing the company-wide recruitment process Actively contributing trends in Active Sourcing, Social Media Recruiting, etc. Qualification Completed training in the HR area (e.g. federal certificate, studies or business background) In-depth experience in recruiting, preferably in a company with internal recruiting or in personnel placement You are a self-employed, initiative personality with professional appearance and pronounced service orientation Contact with applicants and management, in writing and verbally, is a pleasure for you and you manage a professional and target-group-specific approach from craftsmen to management Geographical flexibility within Switzerland and willingness to be present at different locations (travel activity 20 \- 60%) You speak and write fluent German; good knowledge of English Are you interested?
