JardinSuisse is the entrepreneurs' association of gardeners based in Aarau. As the voice of the green industry, JardinSuisse shapes the framework conditions for over 1'700 companies – and makes their issues visible. Furthermore, we are actively involved in the further development of vocational training. Our goal is to create optimal economic and political framework conditions for the companies in the industry. With sound communication, we inform our members as well as the entire industry about relevant developments and topics. At the same time, we offer a versatile and practical range of services and the political work of an association. As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for the Production, Trade and Environment department, effective immediately or by arrangement, for a (Junior) Project Manager (80 – 100%) Work location: Aarau \| Start: 1. October 2026 or by arrangement Your main tasks: Support of the assigned committees: meeting coordination, providing documents, writing minutes Supervision of dossiers and projects in the areas of nurseries, horticulture as well as environment and sustainability Contact point for questions from specialist group members, authorities, associations and other organizations as well as private individuals Support in the organization of occasions (general meetings, specialist conferences, continuing education courses, etc.), trade fairs and events Maintenance of the department's homepage, collaboration on political concerns Your profile: BSc in natural sciences (environmental engineer, horticulture, agronomy etc.) or higher vocational training as a gardener User experience in the usual MS Office programs Proficiency in written and spoken German is mandatory, you also possess good French skills (oral and written), Italian skills are an advantage You are characterized by good communication skills and can coordinate work between several parties You contribute actively to improve existing processes and further develop our services What we offer: A versatile and responsible activity with room for design Direct contact with specialists within and outside the association Opportunity to continuously develop your expertise A centrally located workplace in Aarau with ideal transport connections A motivated team and an appreciative working environment Bring your passion for the green industry to JardinSuisse – we are excited to meet you!
