The newly created Staff of the SSR is responsible, in collaboration with the regional directorates and national areas, for the uniform management of all SSR staff tasks. This includes SSR steering processes, corporate development, process optimization, legal issues, and SSR partner management. Your mission #### Within the Organisation & Process team, your tasks will be as follows: • analysis, development and continuous optimization of business processes, in accordance with the company strategy, • modeling and validation of process models according to the BPMN 2.0 standard, • facilitating meetings; advising and training process owners, • participation in the definition and monitoring of process indicators, • administration, maintenance and development of the enterprise-wide deployed portal (Adonis), • participation in the implementation and development of business process management on an enterprise-wide scale.
