As an Application Manager, you will take on end-to-end responsibility for the introduction of HELIUM, the new business administration and case management platform – and thereby actively help shape a strategic transformation project. Your challenge Introduction and responsibility for a strategic platform Technical end-to-end responsibility for the introduction of the new specialist application HELIUM Building and establishing a stable, sustainable operation Design and further development of operating processes and lifecycle concepts Participation in the standardization and professionalization of Application Management Technology operation and further development Ensuring the technical operation of the platform Responsibility for releases, testing, monitoring, and interfaces Continuous further development of the application and the operating model Contributing and further developing automation and DevOps approaches Helping to shape Application Management and digitalization Close cooperation with functional stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams Participation in incident and support processes (2nd Level) Active participation in cross-departmental digitalization and improvement initiatives Co-shaping a modern, future-oriented Application Management environment Your qualities and talents Completed studies in (Business) Informatics or a STEM subject (Uni/FH/HF) 5+ years of professional experience in technical Application Management or a comparable environment with end-to-end responsibility Experience in the operation and further development of complex business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, ECM) Good knowledge of working with databases and interfaces (e.g., Oracle, SQL, MySQL) Sound practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile working methods You exercise ownership, decide proactively, actively shape the scope for action, and take responsibility for your results You bring a will to innovate and are always solution-oriented as well as quality-conscious You live cohesion and an open feedback culture, in which you make ambitious goals achievable together with your team Very good German skills (understand Swiss German) as well as good English skills Does a role with a lot of responsibility, technical scope for design, and real impact appeal to you?
