In this key role, you will ensure a uniformly high level of training for our production employees and actively contribute to sustainable competence development within the cluster. You will develop and coordinate training programs, support new employees during their induction, and specifically promote the further development of existing teams - always with a focus on quality, compliance, and future viability.     Your tasks • Conception, implementation, and continuous further development of training measures for production employees, including regular refreshers • Ensuring a uniformly high level of training for production employees in the area of GMP and practical process execution • Close cooperation with shift leaders to identify and close competence gaps, as well as with the training matrix coordinators • Support in the introduction and application of paperless documentation using MES • Design and implementation of structured onboarding processes as well as ensuring a sustainable and uniform induction of new employees • Creation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of training materials • Monitoring and maintenance of the cluster's qualification matrix • Interface function to HR Technical Training as well as to Training Leaders of other clusters • Ensuring the timely and transparent communication of changes to SOPs, WOIs, and VORs to all shifts   Your profile • Completed training in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or a comparable technical field • At least 5 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical company • Sound GMP understanding as well as the ability to convey regulatory requirements in a practical manner • Comprehensive knowledge in handling PPE, zone concepts, and HSE regulations • Experience with paperless documentation (MES) • Confident handling of digital production and quality systems • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Experience in the planning, conception, and execution of training • Analytical thinking skills to identify training needs and competence gaps • Strong problem-solving competence and a proactive way of working   Our offer • A dynamic and strongly growing work environment with internal development and further education opportunities • In-house company KITA at the Bachem Campus Bubendorf • 60% coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as the possibility for supra-mandatory provision with our optional savings plan • Access to benefit platforms with discounts at external partners • Fresh, healthy, and diverse food in our staff restaurant • Diverse free sports activities on the Bachem Campus   Would you like to drive innovation forward together with us?
