Hotel Specialist (m/f/d)

You are responsible for all matters of guest reception through to guest farewell. You work in early, late, and weekend shifts and support the reception crew in their daily work: reception, care, invoicing, customer loyalty program as well as check-ins and check-outs. Additionally, you are co-responsible for cash, daily, and monthly closures and handle reservation acceptances. You look after the hotel bar and serve snacks. Working at the front and daily contact with guests gives you great pleasure. You already have initial professional experience at the reception and feel comfortable in a young team. You speak fluent German and have good knowledge of English. Enthusiasm, flexibility and independent working are among your strengths.
