For our Multipurpose Plants department in Pratteln/CH, we are looking for a Production Foreman* 100% (permanent) as soon as possible. Your tasks Interface function between shift teams, maintenance managers, chemists, and operations engineers Independent supervision of the assigned production facilities Responsibility for the preparation, execution, and documentation of repairs and maintenance orders Creation of cleaning instructions and conversion lists during product changes Participation in installation checks and safety considerations Control of compliance with the prescribed operating mode of the facilities Recording of numbers and KPIs Supervision and control of production documentation Planning and monitoring of cleaning, repair, maintenance, and revision tasks Your profile Completed training as a chemical and pharmaceutical technician (chemical technician), preferably with further training as a technician or master craftsman At least 5 years of professional experience in the chemical industry, preferably in production Organizationally strong and resilient leadership personality Safety-conscious and service-oriented Forklift license and SAP knowledge are an advantage Manual skills Very good German language skills Good IT skills (MS Office) Your opportunities / Your application We offer you a varied and interesting activity with attractive employment conditions in the chemical industry.
