What you will do: • Production of hot and cold dishes • Deputizing for the Head Chef during their absence • Compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines • General tidying and cleaning work • Administrative activities as required What you bring with you: • Completed training as a cook • German level B1-B2: Independent language use • Hands-on, flexible, resilient and team-oriented • Service-oriented personality with passion for the cooking profession and joy in direct guest contact • Organizational talent, independent and clean way of working What distinguishes you: • Commitment and willingness to perform • Quality awareness • Teamwork skills • Analytical thinking • Empathy and communication skills • Ability to think and perceive Your place of work: In the Restaurant Die Mobiliar in Bern, our host team with 17 employees treats around 600 guests daily. The high-quality offering consists of three different menu lines (Menu, Vegi & Chef) as well as a generous market buffet with hot and cold components. Additionally, the catering of the Mobiliar includes two cafeterias with products from the in-house patisserie, various vending machines and a served guest restaurant. Through the in-house catering offer, there is the possibility to order snacks and drinks for meetings or apéros. Regular company actions as well as special events are carried out. You work from Monday to Friday between 6.00 - 17.00, depending on the duty roster. On public holidays and at the weekend, the business remains closed.
