Your tasks Leadership based on trust: • You lead and value your team (4 employees) and actively advance the digitization of internal processes. Innovation and development: • You are responsible for the design, development, and deployment of new functionalities and new processes within the SAP environment (MM/HCM) and the time management system. Responsibility for systems and processes, as well as project management: • You ensure the maintenance, management, and continuous development of the SAP MM and HCM modules, as well as our time and expense entry system. • You are also responsible for authorization management. • You lead or accompany important (partial) projects and represent your domain in internal and external specialist committees. Interface competence (SPOC): • You are the central point of contact for SAP within the Bernese Cantonal Police and ensure close contact with the SAP CCOE of the finance administration and the internal helpdesk. Knowledge transfer and assistance: you are in charge of assisting key users, documenting novelties (Solman, EnableNow, Viflow, Aviso), and conducting training sessions intended for managers in German and French. Your profile Solid foundation: • Higher education degree (HES, university) in business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification, as well as solid experience in informatics and expertise in the financial sector. SAP expertise: • Several years of proven experience in using the SAP MM and HCM modules. Project and leadership experience: • You have already successfully completed projects and have proven experience in the management, motivation, and development of teams. Mindset: • Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, solution orientation, as well as a marked affinity for technical fields. Personality and language: • You are a motivated personality with excellent interpersonal skills, knowing how to communicate appropriately to your interlocutors of all hierarchical levels. Since you will also train German-speaking managers, you speak German fluently.
