Line Leader Filling/Packaging in shift operation (m/f) Your central role includes the instruction of the Packaging operators within the assigned plants, ensuring that all standards are complied with and implemented, as well as supporting the training and further development of the Packaging team. Your main tasks: Ensuring the planned plant utilization Technical and personnel leadership of the line personnel Ensuring that operational safety, hygiene, quality and work regulations are complied with Coordination of assignments with the Technical Service Supporting the department management in the training and further development of employees Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes, technical plants and packaging quality within the area of responsibility Maintenance of relevant documents in quality management Our requirements: Technical training, ideally with several years of experience in the filling/packaging of food or similar work areas initial leadership experience experience with systems in the area of continuous improvement e.g. (TPM) Experience in dealing with MS-Office High flexibility and willingness to work in 3-shift operation Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as English is an advantage Interested?
