For our industrial production area at the Swiss headquarters in Emmenbrücke, we are looking for you as Team Leader Production Wiring and Accessories 100 % (m/f/d) # Your tasks • Lead and develop a team of up to 35 employees, including strengthening a technical management level • Plan and implement training and further education measures for sustainable team development • Ensure efficiency and quality in assembly through lean principles and continuous improvement processes • Share responsibility for cost, budget, and performance control • Ensure the flow of information to all subordinate employees • Contact person for directly subordinate employees and the associated interfaces • Participation in investment projects and responsibility for their successful implementation • Support production technology in Q-Alerts (analysis, definition, and implementation of immediate and sustainable measures) • Moderation and leadership of shop floor meetings in your own area of responsibility What you bring • Completed technical vocational training, ideally with further education at the HF/FH level or equivalent • Several years of management experience in an industrial production environment • Very good German language skills and good English language skills, at least level B2 • Assertive personality with high social competence and enthusiasm • High degree of self-responsibility and pronounced willingness to work • High quality awareness and a resilient, flexible, and goal-oriented way of working • SAP knowledge and further education in the field of process technology are desirable Our offer We live a flat hierarchy and an open du culture.
