Overall responsibility for end-to-end supply chain management including strategic and operational procurement, planning and logistics Leadership of price and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers Establishment and development of a high-performance supplier and logistics network as well as sustainable partnerships Ensuring consistent material availability throughout the entire value chain while maintaining quality, deadlines and costs Technical and disciplinary leadership of the procurement, planning and logistics departments Cross-departmental collaboration with R&D, quality and production (product compliance certificates, regulatory, projects etc.) Technical basic training with further education in supply chain management, procurement or business administration (federal FA/diploma, HF/FH or equivalent) and long-standing experience in a comparable SCM function with responsibility for procurement, planning and logistics Down-to-earth leadership personality Professional experience in a comparable industry (e.g. machine, vehicle or plant construction) with complex, technical products Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial way of thinking with an end-to-end view of the value chain Convincing negotiation and communication skills (German & English) Together, we produce over 2 billion connection solutions annually.
