Gardener EFZ / Garden and Landscape Builder EFZ (m/w/d)

About the position – Our client is looking for both specializations! Our partner, a renowned and modern company from the green industry in Central Switzerland, is expanding its teams. Since there is a lot to do in both the area of demanding garden maintenance and creative garden and landscape construction, we are looking for reinforcement immediately. Whether your focus is on excavating, masonry and new installations or your passion is plant care and customer gardens – we have the right position for you! The area of responsibility (depending on your specialization): For the garden and landscape builder (focus on construction): • Realization of varied new installations and garden modifications. • Execution of stone and paving work (natural and artificial stone), creation of walls, fences, stairs and terraces. • General earthworks and operation of modern construction machinery. For the gardener (focus on care & plants): • Professional maintenance and care of demanding private gardens, company areas and residential estates. • Carrying out professional pruning work (hedges, shrubs, trees) as well as lawn care. Creative plantings and competent advice to customers on site. What you bring (your profile): • Education: Completed vocational training as a gardener EFZ (specialization in garden and landscape construction OR plant production/care) or an equivalent, recognized professional qualification from abroad. • Way of working: You work independently according to plan, are detail-oriented, quality-conscious and reliable. • Language skills: Good German language skills for smooth communication in the team and with our demanding customers. • Mobility: You possess a category B driver's license (car) – a trailer license (category BE) is a big plus.
