Berne, Switzerland | 80-100% What you can contribute • Assist the head of the competence centers in tasks related to management, organization, and coordination • Ensure the coordination and development of internal continuing education as well as knowledge and quality management • Participate in projects and working groups, develop projects aimed at developing and improving efficiency in the field of audit activities • Manage relevant IT tools for audits and assume the superuser function, support digitization projects, and assist in the integration of AI • Collaborate with internal specialized services and provide occasional substitution in the areas of procurement and contracts for the various competence centers <br /> What makes you unique • University or university of applied sciences degree accompanied by professional experience in external or internal audit, or in an auditing-related environment • Networked thinking and interest in organizational and technical issues • Autonomy, structured way of working, initiative, and a strong sense of organization • Proficiency in IT tools, interest in the use of AI as well as in issues related to digitization and specialized applications • Very good knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words In this position, you will provide support to the head of the competence centers within the framework of the development of the CDF's core activities. You will coordinate cross-cutting topics, refine processes and standards, and ensure that optimal conditions are met for our auditors' tasks. You will thus work at the intersection of continuing education, digitization, as well as knowledge and quality management. Thanks to your mastery of auditing, your interest in IT, and your ability to identify cross-cutting issues, you will coordinate projects, bring your own ideas, and assist the head of the competence centers in their conceptual and organizational tasks.
