It supports doctors, group practices, and healthcare providers (physiotherapy, osteopathy, psychology, etc.) with IT industry solutions and comprehensive service packages. On behalf of its customers, Ärztekasse Genossenschaft creates over 10 million invoices per year. The back office processes all inquiries from customers, health insurance companies, patients, authorities, and other bodies that arrive after invoicing. To complement our back office team in Basel, we are looking for you as Backoffice Employee (m/f) Workload: 50%-80% Start: immediately or by arrangement Duration: permanent Work location: Basel Main tasks Processing of oral and written customer concerns regarding accounts receivable management Assistance and advice to customers regarding questions about the invoicing process Processing of electronic invoice rejections from insurance companies and their subsequent processing Manual payment postings as well as processing of incorrect payments and refunds Receiving and handling telephone patient inquiries in the patient hotline Requirements Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or as a Medical Practice Assistant IT-savvy personality with very good MS-Office skills TARDOC knowledge as well as experience in the administration of medical practices or in the health insurance sector is an advantage Friendly and customer-oriented appearance Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility Very good German skills and good English skills are an advantage What we offer 40 hour week at 100% Bright and large office premises good public transport connections 5 weeks vacation, from the 50th year of age 6 weeks Private accident insurance Further information We offer you an exciting and challenging activity in a small, sympathetic and competent team.
