You can make this contribution • Accompany customers in consulting mandates - from the first idea to project initialization to handover of implementation • Record, analyze and transfer needs and requirements into solution proposals and decision-making bases • Conduct feasibility analyses and studies • Support cloud strategy and KI services consulting - from use case finding to governance • Support and gradually take over consulting responsibility for quality assurance, validation and integration of operational solutions in BIT What makes you unique • Completed vocational training (EFZ) with several years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis or requirement engineering or Bachelor's degree (FH/Uni/ETH) in business administration, computer science or related field • Basics in HERMES, BPMN, User Stories/Use Cases or comparable (or willingness to build these up in a targeted manner) • Analytical thinking, high learning agility, joy in collaborating in interdisciplinary teams • Quick familiarization with complex administrative and IKT topics; understandable communication (written/verbal) at specialist and management level • Good active knowledge of two official languages What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the Swiss success model and work for the benefit of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunities, we unfold our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
