Job Description In order to complete our teams within the T2 service of our Production & Quality department, we are looking for a person interested in utilizing their skills as a Production Watchmaker. As part of this position, your main tasks are as follows: • Perform technical and aesthetic decotting on watch heads • Carry out component exchange requests for decotting • Analyze and report main problems for correction • Offer technical support to the various islands in order to report encountered problems • Validate a portion of the defects on movements identified in T2 • Ensure the progress of operations according to the provided work directives • Perform the setting of hands and dials, as well as the casing of the different parts entrusted in the requested quantity and quality • Guarantee compliance with manufacturing procedures and quality according to the conformities defined by the company Profile • You benefit from a CFC in production watchmaking, watchmaking, or a title deemed equivalent • You have confirmed experience (3-5 years) in the field Required Skills • You are organized and know how to manage priorities • You are flexible and have good resistance to stress • You work in a rigorous and conscientious manner • You are autonomous and have a good team spirit • You communicate in a transparent and constructive manner Languages You have a good command of the French language, both orally and in writing.
