Around 60 employees are engaged daily in providing a versatile, interdisciplinary range of services in the areas of real estate, fiduciary services, and taxes. To strengthen our Real Estate Management and Fiduciary department, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality as Real Estate Accountant After careful introduction, you will take over the independent management of real estate accounting and will be in active exchange with our valued clientele. Integrated into a small team, you will make an important contribution to successful real estate management in your department. Your tasks: You support the Team Leader Real Estate Management with your sound specialist knowledge and manage the real estate accounting using the industry software Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ImmoNext. In addition to financial accounting (monthly, annual closing), you also manage accounts receivable and accounts payable administration and prepare heating and operating cost statements. In doing so, you are in daily contact with our valued homeowners, condominium owners, tenants, caretakers, and tradespeople. Your profile: You have completed a basic commercial vocational training and have good accounting knowledge. Industry experience in the real estate sector is an advantage. You enjoy working in a customer-oriented, digital manner and maintain an overview in hectic times as well as knowing how to set priorities.
