Then you are perfectly in your place with us!   For the Kirchdorf Kappelerhof house in the Baden region, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement for a   Registered Nurse HF/FH/DNII 60 - 100 %   Your tasks • Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and care process • Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care • Responsibility and management of the care process for assigned residents, including the RAI care needs assessment • Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach • Planning and support of medical visits • Taking charge of daily responsibility with coordination of the day team • Conducting case meetings and care reports • Taking charge of tasks as a thematic reference person in a specialized field and participation in the group network for quality of care   Your profile • Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the Swiss Red Cross • Professional experience in long-term care desired • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to take these courses (covered) • Warm and humorous attitude • Taste for varied challenges • Good command of German, spoken and written   Why Tertianum?
