You will learn to support your team and promote an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration as well as entrepreneurial thinking. You will work closely with managers to ensure an exceptional operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues in store. You will: • help ensure a strong visual and commercial presentation, in order to offer an excellent shopping experience to our customers through service tools. • analyze sales and budget targets together with experienced managers, and develop optimization measures. • help with task and staff planning, as well as the organization of operations - from the sales floor to storage areas, including cash desk and fitting room routines, as well as daily store opening and closing. • actively participate in recruitment, onboarding and regular feedback interviews, and learn to strategically support the individual development of employees. • have the ability to express yourself clearly and service-oriented in German (at least B2 level). • have experience in fashion retail and know the requirements of a dynamic sales environment.
