You will be responsible for conducting group or individual courses for our clients, covering standard, advanced, and expert levels of Microsoft Office (ICDL expert level or equivalent). Adult IT Trainer ## ## ## ## ## Adult Trainer • Location: formacomm, Petit-Chêne 38, 1003 Lausanne, 100% on-site • Duration: as soon as possible, between 70% and 80% Job description: In order to strengthen our current team, we are looking for an experienced trainer to provide office automation training. You will be responsible for conducting group or individual courses for our clients, covering standard, advanced, and expert levels of the Microsoft Office suite (ICDL expert level or equivalent). Responsibilities: • Prepare and lead training and coaching sessions on Office 365 • Participate in the development of course materials and tests adapted to the needs of the participants • Evaluate participants' progress and adjust pedagogical methods if necessary • Ensure follow-up with participants and provide constructive feedback to guarantee their success • Keep your knowledge of the Office suite functionalities up to date • Participate in coaching adults in learning Microsoft Office • Ensure learner follow-up • Participate in meetings with partners • Write end-of-training reports Required skills Office Automation, Office 365: • Excel: basic and advanced formulas (simple and nested conditional tests, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP, pivot tables, array formulas, advanced charts... • Word: character and paragraph formatting, table of contents, sections, tables, columns, mail merge, forms... • PowerPoint: slides, slideshows, transitions, animations... • Outlook: emails, calendar, tasks... • AI: excellent skills • Social media, video editing and animation, Canva • Secondary skills: skills in computer networks, programming, website development...
