Personnel Consultant RAV 80 - 100% # In the Canton of Zürich, the Amt für Arbeit operates 14 Regional Employment Centers (RAV). In our RAV, we offer a comprehensive range of services for job seekers and employers from all industries and occupational groups. We also support companies in their search for suitable employees. Here, at the pulse of the labor market, your commitment and professional knowledge are required. In various RAVs in the Canton of Zürich, we are looking for competent and strong consulting support as of immediately or by arrangement. These are your tasks ### • Efficient and goal-oriented reintegration of job-seeking persons into the labor market, including systematic success measurement • Conducting assessments of current status, development of integration strategies, and monitoring of goal achievement • Conducting consultation interviews with persons from different professional and social backgrounds, including handling demanding situations • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (AVIG) and exercising the monitoring function • Building and maintaining a resilient network with RAV partner institutions (job reporting centers, unemployment funds, career counseling, social assistance, etc.) • Active cooperation with employers in the Zürich area to promote sustainable placements • Precise administrative case management (approx. 50 % of the activity) What you bring with you ### • Completed vocational training with EFZ and at least 8 years of professional experience in a consultation-intensive environment (e.g., HR, Recruiting, Personnel Consulting, Customer Service, Sales with clear consulting competence, labor market integration, Coaching, or Case Management) • Demonstrable experience in conducting demanding consultation situations and guiding people through change processes in a structured manner • Enjoyment of an activity that equally encompasses consulting and administration (approx. 50 % administrative case management) • Good knowledge of the Swiss labor market • Very good German skills (at least C1), good English skills • Ability to set priorities, manage many processes simultaneously, and communicate clearly What awaits you with us ### • Careful and thorough introduction as part of our internal initial training as a Personnel Consultant RAV • Support for training as an HR-Fachfrau/mann with eidg.
