October or by arrangement, we are looking for you for the position as Specialist Scientific Department 50% (m/f/d) Specialist Scientific Department 50% (m/f/d) Do you want to prepare scientific, medical, and regulatory topics in an understandable, practical manner with reference to the drugstore industry? Are you interested in self-medication, complementary medicine, medicinal products, medical devices, food, cosmetics, and chemicals as well as their regulatory requirements? Then the Schweizerische Drogistenverband (SDV) offers you a versatile task at the interface of science, education, quality assurance, practice, and health policy. The SDV, based in Biel, is the industry association for drugstores. We support our members, advocate for quality in education, and bring scientific findings into the practice of the drugstore industry. What you drive You support the Head of Education as well as other responsible departments professionally on scientific, medical, pharmaceutical, regulatory, and health policy issues. You prepare scientific findings in an understandable and practice-oriented way for the drugstore community, especially regarding medicinal products, medical devices, food, cosmetics, and chemicals. You write and edit medical, pharmaceutical, scientific, and regulatory content for print and online media of the SDV and vitagate ag and undertake the professional fact check. You develop specialist content for educational offerings and, if necessary, contribute your expertise directly to training formats. You manage the quality assurance system QSS for drugstores and contribute your expertise in the field of occupational safety. You assess projects, services, and products from a scientific perspective and in consideration of current legislation. You are the contact person for members, authorities, industry, and scientific institutions regarding professional questions. What you bring You have a sound scientific education, for example in pharmacy, biomedicine, biology, medicine, or a related field. You enjoy translating scientific findings into understandable and practical content. You are interested in the drugstore industry and in topics of self-medication, complementary medicine, and health advice. You work in a structured, self-initiated, and solution-oriented manner. You are communicative and feel confident in dealing with different stakeholder groups. You have very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage.
