We are looking for a personality to lead our team and location in West Switzerland as Team Leader Sales West Switzerland (m/f/d) Tasks: • Responsibility for the West-CH region • Leadership of the West-CH team (2-3 persons) • Project and new customer acquisition • Introducing new products to the customer • Conducting presentations and company tours • Product training at schools and associations • Building and expanding the network • Planning, organizing, and conducting customer events • Obtaining market information • Customer support and development • Responsibility for the regional budget Qualifications Profile • Sound experience in sales (main construction/ancillary trades) • Leadership competence with the ability to motivate and promote teams. • Vocational specialist with a convincing personality, confident appearance, and high negotiation skills • Native French speaker with fluent German skills in spoken and written form or vice versa • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting • High commitment and willingness to travel throughout all of West-CH Interested?
