Because we are offering you an exciting task as Specialist: Training and Further Education (60%) at our headquarters in Zürich Altstetten, effective immediately or by agreement. In this versatile function, you will actively help shape our training and further education landscape - from strategic concepts to operational implementation to quality assurance. You will work closely with our locations, training managers and management and will be a central point of contact for the topic of education at KiMi. Your main tasks Development of strategic concepts Leadership and participation in strategic projects Consulting and training for the around 170 KiMi learners, their trainers and partially involving the guardians of the learners Organization and implementation of internal further training for executives, specialist staff and learners Organization and implementation of conferences and online discussions with the training managers (ABV) of all locations Evaluation of training quality through the introduction of the function of training managers Ensuring compliance with the legal requirements of the cantonal vocational training offices and industry-specific regulations Budgeting of training and further education applications for specialist staff in agreement with the line managers Controlling of training and further education including reporting to management Organization, participation and support in other location-related, regulatory training (e.g. first aid courses) Administrative tasks such as filing certificates/proof of training and further education and maintaining the technical platform time2learn for all learners What you get from us: A great, committed team that treats each other with respect, open communication, flexibility, a secure job in a large network with many opportunities for further education. What you bring: Passion for the training and development of learners and young people Federal certificate of proficiency as a specialist in care or KV and vocational trainer course Federal certificate of proficiency as a trainer or similar qualification or the willingness to attend this further training 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar function in a SME environment Know-how in the care and education industry is desirable Leadership experience Presentation professional Travel activity Conceptual and strategic skills Analytical-structured and forward-thinking Open, positive personality Sense of humor What do you think?
