Financial Analyst 80 - 100% # The Public Prosecutor's Office III of the Canton of Zürich processes qualified economic offenses as well as money laundering proceedings and is also responsible for international legal assistance. For our dedicated team in the Polizei- und Justizzentrum Zürich, we are looking for a motivated personality as a Financial Analyst (80-100%) as of 1 January 2027. What awaits you with us ### As a Financial Analyst at the Staatsanwaltschaft III, you act at the interface between finance and law and play a key role in the investigation of complex economic offenses. You support the public prosecutors in conducting criminal investigations and specifically apply your sound expertise in auditing and accounting to precisely assess and prepare business administration, finance, tax, and accounting-related issues. We are looking for a committed, resilient, and result-oriented personality who brings a high affinity for legal issues and enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams and on challenging subject matter. How you can convince us ### • University degree (Uni/FH) in business administration or finance or equivalent federal diplomas (e.g., tax expert or fiduciary expert) • Additional qualification: Eidg. dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/in desired • Several years of practice in auditing, fiduciary services, or the finance sector (national and international context) • Experience in expert witness activities (business administration reports / court expertises) is a plus • High proficiency and editorial skill in written expression in German • Interest in the use of technical solutions and the methodical further development of investigation and analysis concepts • Strong analytical and conceptual way of thinking, creativity, assertiveness, perseverance • High social competence and ability to work in a team • Proficient handling of large amounts of data as well as sound user knowledge in modern analysis and review solutions What we offer you ### We offer you a complex and interesting area of responsibility in an interdisciplinary environment, contemporary employment conditions according to cantonal guidelines, and a pleasant working atmosphere.
