Housekeeping Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated and reliable cleaning force and team leader who supports our team and contributes to maintaining our high-quality standards. Tasks * Daily help with room cleaning service (approx. 1-2 hours) * Daily control of all services (max. 2-4 hours) * Daily management of team briefings with frequent short training sessions * Responsible for inventory management * Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas and employee areas Qualifications * Team leadership experience is assumed * Experience in cleaning and the hotel industry * Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail * Friendly appearance and team skills * Basic knowledge of German (additional language skills are an advantage) * Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays * Strong communication and assertiveness skills * Secure handling of work safety standards * Hourly wage, part-time, 40-60% salary
