You ensure stable processes, reliable deployment planning, and the joint achievement of daily production goals. Your role In this versatile leadership role, you take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of your employees and support their individual development. You are responsible for capacity planning, resource allocation, and production according to the value stream principle, ensuring a stable production process. You lead the daily shop floor meetings of your team, creating transparency, structure, and a clear focus on the most important topics of the day. You actively work on department-specific production projects - both as a project leader and as a project team member. You communicate proactively with cross-functional departments and promote good, solution-oriented collaboration beyond your own area. Your profile Committed, team-oriented, and communicative personality with a joy in leadership, responsibility, and collaboration in a production environment. Structured way of working, high willingness to work, and a good understanding of stable production processes. Completed vocational training or corresponding experience in production. Initial leadership experience or experience in managing projects. Ideally, experience in handling ERP systems, especially SAP.
