Your profile: ### • Completed training as a medical secretary or • completed training as a medical practice assistant • Sound knowledge of medical terminology and confident handling of MS Office as well as practice and hospital software (ideally CuraMed, WiCare and Nexus) • Dynamic work at the reception • Independent, structured way of working with high quality awareness • Empathy and joy in dealing with elderly people and their relatives • Resilient, communicative personality with team spirit and organizational strength • Flexible, patient, persistent, even in hectic situations Your tasks: ### • Organization of daily practice life: working at the reception, telephone service, appointment scheduling, administration, correspondence and electronic medical records • Writing reports, protocols as well as writing from dictaphones • Processing emails, as well as issuing prescriptions and orders such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy etc. • Ensuring medical billing and invoice control (TARDOC) • Entering reports/findings • Close cooperation and communication with doctors, nursing and interprofessional teams Have we piqued your interest?
