Ittigen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Lead sectoral plan procedures for power lines as well as plan approval procedures and expropriation procedures for electrical installations, mainly in German and, where possible, in French • Conduct negotiations concerning oppositions • Draft opinions and decisions • Prepare legislative acts • Deal with parliamentary inquiries and interventions <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree in law, preferably with a lawyer's license • Professional experience at a court, a law firm, or in administration and in-depth knowledge of administrative law • Strong sense of responsibility, orientation towards goals and results, drafting and negotiation skills as well as assertiveness • Good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third <br /> In summary You will conduct central authorization procedures for Switzerland's energy infrastructures, moving between law, environmental interests, and spatial planning.
