Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Guarantee the correct functioning of SAP Solution Manager and standard processes as well as the management of the related services • Be co-responsible for the management and development of the ALM processes and systems of the Federal Administration • Collaborate actively in the planning and implementation of various SAP migration projects as well as the management of changes and releases • Provide support to the team also outside of normal working hours and provide on-call services (7x24) <br /> What distinguishes you • Proven multi-year technical experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and, ideally, knowledge of Focused Build • Solid knowledge of SAP Solution Manager as an SAP consultant; IT application skills for service management (incident and change management) • Open personality, flexibility, reliability; interest in transmitting knowledge and experiences • Strong interest in new SAP technologies as well as willingness to learn new topics and to work according to the agile methodology • Good knowledge of a second official language and English <br /> In summary SAP Solution Manager is the central system of an SAP landscape.
