A role at the heart of supporting children Attached to the Service de la Cohésion Sociale, you will join the parascolaire de la Concorde team and actively participate in the reception and support of children outside of school hours. You will contribute to their well-being, their safety, and their fulfillment within a caring, stimulating environment conducive to social learning. In collaboration with the educational team, you will participate in the organization of the structure's daily life, the implementation of pedagogical projects, and the development of activities promoting the autonomy, socialization, and inclusion of children. Through your commitment, your sense of responsibility, and your team spirit, you will contribute to offering quality reception meeting the needs of children and their families. In order to complete the team of the parascolaire de la Concorde, the Commune de Chavannes-près-Renens is putting up for competition the position of : Early Childhood Educator HES or ES or Socio-Educational Assistant at 80% or 32 hours per week ### In this capacity, you will notably be required to: • Organize, plan, and conduct various interviews with parents (assessment, discussion during particular situations and crises); • Participate in institutional life (festivals, various meetings, colloquiums); • Apply the institution's rules of life and ensure compliance; • Plan and organize the daily life of the structure in collaboration with the team (implementation of projects, group outings, activities); • Create and maintain a secure, stimulating, and caring environment to promote the well-being of children; • Ensure the daily support of children in terms of cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development; • Observe and detect possible developmental difficulties or unusual behaviors; • Provide the impetus for different educational projects, from their conception to their realization; • Contribute to cohesion, communication, and positive dynamics within the educational team; • Participate in the training of apprentices, socio-educational assistants, and interns. Your profile: You manifest a marked interest in supporting children within the framework of parascolaire reception. Sensitive to the quality of supervision, You appreciate teamwork and actively participate in the implementation of the structure's pedagogical project. You attach particular importance to listening, inclusion, development, and the well-being of children. You appreciate teamwork and actively contribute to a collaborative dynamic, while ensuring the establishment of a secure and caring climate for children and their families. You recognize yourself in the following qualities: • CFC Socio-Educational Assistant; • ES or HES Educator or training deemed equivalent; • Creative, a bearer of activity ideas leading the child to multiple discoveries; • Dynamic and open to working for a communal service; • Confirmed experience of at least 3 years; • Ability to promote harmonious collaboration; • Possessing good skills in writing assessments, minutes, and outlines for interviews with families; • Dynamic, versatile, and ready to invest themselves within a communal service; • Ability to build bonds of trust; • Ability to adapt to change and interest in multicultural environments.
