The following tasks will be your responsibility: Overall responsibility for professional and successful property management (condominiums, rental and commercial properties) Leadership, promotion, and development of around 10 employees Management of your own sub-portfolio Acquisition of new mandates and development of new business opportunities Optimization and standardization of processes, ensuring uniform quality standards Close cooperation and exchange with other members of the Executive Board Depending on expertise and interest, additional tasks and projects can also be taken on.
