Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation breakdowns. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work. Carry out series changes, overhauls, and improvements to the installations. Participate in optimizing equipment reliability. Collaborate closely with production teams to guarantee business continuity. EXPECTED PROFILE CFC in polymechanic, automation, maintenance mechanic, or training deemed equivalent. Solid skills in mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and automation. Experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in an automated production environment. Autonomous, proactive person with an excellent team spirit. Ability to quickly analyze situations and intervene effectively. Available to work in shift schedules (3x8), including certain week\-ends.
