No. KWI-EM-T-54878 Description ### For our client, a leading high-tech industrial company in the Canton of Luzern, we are looking for a committed, precise, and quality-conscious personality as a CNC Engineer / Polymechanic EFZ for a long-term temporary assignment, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile key function, you are responsible for the manufacturing technology implementation and precise mechanical processing of demanding precision parts according to technical drawings and 3D volume models. If you are experienced in CNC programming, setup, and operation of state-of-the-art machine tools and enjoy process optimization as well as quality-oriented manufacturing, we look forward to your application! Your Tasks ### • Independent manufacturing of mechanical components according to technical drawings and 3D volume models. • Creation, adaptation, and optimization of CNC programs to ensure efficient and high-precision machining processes. • Setting up, configuring, and operating modern CNC manufacturing machines (turning and milling) as well as performing production runs. • Preparation of the required tools, clamping devices, and consumables for production orders. • Checking manufactured components with precision measuring instruments and ensuring exact compliance with the tightest tolerances. • Creation and updating of process documentation, starting production orders, and proper feedback in the ERP system. • Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes and active participation in designing improvement measures. • Carrying out regular maintenance work on the machines and independent troubleshooting of minor mechanical malfunctions. • Close cooperation with production planning (AVOR), quality inspection, and design in the event of process deviations. Your Profile ### • Successfully completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical basic education. • Sound practice and several years of experience in CNC manufacturing (CNC turning and CNC milling). • Experience in handling CAM software as well as in-depth knowledge of common CNC controls (e.g., Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens). • Confident reading and implementing complex technical drawings as well as form and position tolerances. • Routine handling of measuring instruments and high quality and responsibility awareness. • Good PC user skills (MS Office, experience with ERP systems is an advantage). • Independent, exact, and structured way of working, high reliability, as well as teamwork and communication skills. • Openness to new technologies (automation / digitalization) and readiness for flexible assignments on various machines.
